our processing time for items on stock (vintage or ready to ship ones) is 2 - 5 working days

for custom made items we reserve 2 - 3 weeks to dispatch (always depends an amount of order we have), for exact delivery date do not hesitate to ask
RETURN & EXCHANGE
for custom made items we do not accept returns or exchanges, thank you for your understanding

for all other items (vintage, ready to ship) exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days but only with previous confirmation from oursites, so in case of any issues with your purchase, do not hesitate to write

exchanges and returns are possible only if customer is covering the shipping cost to our address (see in section bellow)
